Pastors Manny and Victoria Rivera are the Lead Pastors of Impact Church Georgia and serve as Overseers for Impact Church Miami. With more than 20 years of ministry experience and a partnership in both life and calling since 1990, they bring wisdom, passion, and a genuine love for people to everything they do.

Their leadership extends beyond Georgia as they continue to guide and mentor the Lead Pastors of Impact Miami, Johnny and Jenny Olivardia, while also helping oversee the growth of multiple congregations within the Impact Church family.

Beyond the pulpit, Manny and Victoria are committed to living full and balanced lives. They enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking new trails, and embracing God’s creation as a source of refreshment and renewal. They also love to travel, often sharing the message of Jesus at conferences and connecting with people from diverse cultures around the world.

Above all, they are proud parents of four incredible adult children and continue to model what it means to live with faith, purpose, and joy.

Ivan Cerda

Ivan Cerda was born and raised in South Florida and is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, where he earned his degree in music. With a passion for worship that began at the age of 15, Ivan has faithfully served in worship ministry for many years, while also contributing in a variety of other ministry roles.

Today, he leads as the Worship Pastor at Impact Church Georgia, overseeing IC Music- the church’s worship team. Ivan carries a deep heart for guiding people into God’s presence through worship and is dedicated to building a culture of excellence, authenticity, and devotion in every aspect of ministry. His desire is to see lives transformed as people encounter God and grow in their relationship with Him.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF IMPACT CHURCH GA

José Villena is a business owner, investor, and Lean-certified leader who brings strategic insight and steady guidance to Impact Church GA. With a strong background in executive management, José has a proven ability to build healthy structures and sustainable systems that help organizations flourish. His life is a living testimony of God’s redeeming grace - restoring what was broken and aligning him with his true calling. Today, he uses that testimony, combined with his professional expertise, to steward both vision and resources as Chief Financial Officer. With faith, discipline, and a heart for the Kingdom, José helps ensure that Impact Church GA is positioned for long-term growth and lasting impact.

Laura Villena is a creative, author, and servant-hearted leader who carries both wisdom and warmth into every space she serves. As a mother and grandmother, she has navigated many seasons of life, each one shaping her gift for offering thoughtful solutions and compassionate support. Her diverse background in writing, ministry, administration, and the arts gives her a unique ability to balance both creativity and precision. Whether coordinating behind the scenes or helping shape vision with a discerning eye, Laura thrives in the spaces where purpose and need intersect - bringing strength, clarity, and a servant’s heart to her role as Executive Assistant at Impact Church GA.
